At Distal Phalanx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original garment bags and shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched.
